So a BDSM Steampunk Novel?It has BDSM, all right, most of it off camera and the part that is was a little bit different than one might expect but it was definitely there.It has Steampunk - lots of 19th Century Mechanical Devices of a very creative design. In fact, I thought that part was very well done.Liza matched the title perfectly - she was a captive, not a victim. What she went through was pretty awful but she didn't let break her. Brace was just the kind of guy she needed - who used brains rather than brawn.I really thought this made a great short story but would have been better a novel. I am hoping there is a sequel - the story is complete but there is a lot of potential for more.
